McCampbell Analytical, Inc. (MAI) is a full-service environmental analytical laboratory located in Pittsburg, CA (SF Bay Area).
We are seeking a full time Data Entry Specialist to add to our team. The primary role of our Data Entry Department is to gather analytical data from our Analytical Staff and to funnel this data into our analytical reports using our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) database.
The candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; 10am-7pm.
Responsibilities and Duties:
A high school or equivalent degree
Strong computer skills including advanced Excel and Access skills/knowledge and the ability to learn new systems and terminology
A high degree of attention to detail and correctness
The ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent time management skills
Intelligence and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
The position requires excellent communication skills
