WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Use AI-powered tools to create detailed construction estimates
Send vendor RFQs (Request for Quotes) and manage responses
Coordinate subcontractor RFPs (Request for Proposals)
Break down project scope into manageable, measurable components
Calculate accurate time and labor assumptions for each project phase
Review and validate AI-generated estimates for accuracy
Build and maintain vendor/subcontractor relationships
Continuously improve our AI estimating processes
WHAT WE NEED:
3+ years of construction estimating experience
Understanding of construction trades, materials, and labor costs
Experience with vendor and subcontractor coordination
WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AI TOOLS - we’ll train you on our systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication for vendor/sub relationships
Self-motivated and able to work independently
