Full-time office position available in a dynamic busy office.
- Good phone manner and ability to book and estimate jobs
- Highly skilled in performing general office tasks including bookkeeping, filing, and records management
- In-depth knowledge of routing and managing incoming mail and email in an expedient manner.
- Adept at operating in a Mac OS based environment.
- Proven ability to use computers for word processing, spreadsheet, database management, and other applications.
- Able to reproduce documents accurately with correct spelling and grammar.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
- Well versed in completing forms in keeping with companies procedures.
- Proven ability to communicate general information in an accurate and customer-friendly way.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven record of working accurately and independently with close attention to detail.
- Training will be provided.
- Warehouse operations is a plus - forklift experience.
