We're a General Contractor in San Jose that is looking for a part time or full time, IN HOUSE bookkeeper / Accountant. Consultants welcome.
Previous office experiences a must (preferably construction)
Must be organized
Experienced computer / typing skills
MUST have experience with Sage/ Master Builder
MUST be able to do 1099's year end and provide information for tax attorney
Accounts payable and receivables
Weekly comp reporting and payroll to payroll provider
Maintain files
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Not a work from home position- we need someone in house.
