We are looking hire an organized, friendly and professional individual to join our administrative team at the headquarters of our auto body shop!
Administrative Duties:
Issue payments to vendors upon deliveries as needed
Manage Payroll by processing time verifications & adjustment
Review repair orders for completion and closure
Prepare financial reports
Resolves account discrepancies
Coordinate information with accounting team
Manage office supplies
Manage purchase orders for office and shops
Support and coordinate company events
Manage mail
Manage deposits
Answer inbound calls
Outbound calls to follow up on issues
Safety Coordination for training and maintain employee records
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Attention to detail
High rate of accuracy
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in mathematics
Punctual
Multi-Task
Education and Experience:
Bookkeeping experience a plus
Proficient in Quick Book a plus
High school graduate or higher
