We are seeking full time administrative help at our SF based property management company. This position is part office manager and part property manager for a small (but mighty!) team wherein we all help one another achieve our common goals.
This opportunity is ideal for a detailed, multi-task oriented and organized professional. You will be asked to perform office-related duties associated with both an office manager and a property manager. Although experience in property management is a plus, it is not essential. We really are looking for a behind the scenes administrative whiz that can keep the office humming along. The details and duties are all trainable!
The positions specific duties include, but are not limited to:
handling incoming calls and organizing office and/or computer files
updating property rent rolls and queuing up expiring leases for renewals
processing various city & state tax filings
responding to lender requests
assisting in writing leases and amendments
invoicing and other minor bookkeeping administrative functions
generating quarterly and year end investor letters
tracking and arranging scheduled property maintenance tasks

computer savvy: proficiency with Windows & Microsoft Office – Appfolio software is a plus
A note on our office set up: We are located in the Mission District of San Francisco. Public transportation is readily available nearby, but we also have parking available to you! A plus! This is an in person position with no remote work.
