Medium construction company has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant where you will work with Office Manager to perform administrative tasks in a dynamic office. Support of field and office, distributing payroll, managing vehicle program, filing pre lien notices, etc. Excellent communication skills required, attention to detail and working knowledge of MS Word, Exel, Project and standard office equipment is required.

Answer phones and manage phone system
Coordinate dispatch of service mechanics
Data Entry in accounting system
Assist Purchasing with overflow PO issuance and data entry
Track contracts and subcontracts
Issue subcontracts
Perform general clerical work such as filing
Order and maintain office supplies for office and field
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Coordinate dispatch of service mechanics
Distribute checks to field personnel
Assist with payroll and timecard processing
Write proposals for Service Manager
Support President/CEO with general administrative functions
File Pre-Lien documents and organize critical documents by project
Maintain and request insurance certificates by project
