A Construction company in Campbell California is looking for a motivated and organized Admin Office Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks and help keep our office running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES (to include but not limited to:
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
Process data entry with accuracy
Organize and file (physically/electronically) documents, contracts, and project paperwork
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Help prepare and proofread documents
Assist office staff
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service experience
Previous office admin experience, preferably in construction or a related field
Data entry experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
