Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk (Santa Rosa)
Hobart Sales & Service of Santa Rosa is seeking a part-time experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk for approximately 30-32 hours per week. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ accounting experience.
Job responsibilities include:
Administrative Assistant – include answering phones, office organization/cleaning, maintain filing system, file all paperwork as needed, mail documents, 10-key is a must, be able to type 40-45 wpm.
Accounts Receivable – include entering new customers, updating existing customers posting service tickets & daily receivables, credit applications, mail receipt copies of payments, collections on overdue invoices.
Accounts Payable – include printing invoices, requesting missing invoices, matching POs to invoices, process vendor payments & statements.
Candidate must be detail oriented, reliable, able to work independently and have knowledge of accounting and GAAP
