Job responsibilities:
- Code Invoice, bills
- Run Checks
- Reconcile statements and information
- Data Entry for various projects
- Calculate timecards
- Organize information and documents from various sources, both hard copies and electronically
- Update information
- Communicate with outside vendors as requested
- Collect data/information as request
- Make copies and distribute materials as requested
- Other administrative duties as requested

- Organized
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Excellent work habits
- An Ability to think and question as needed
- QuickBook proficient, must know how to enter bills, run check, enter Journal Entries
