SPL Construction SF specializes in Residential remodels, additions, renovations and foundations in the San Francisco area for 20+ years.
We are looking for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Special consideration given to applicants that are:
- Already working part time in the Residential Construction Industry
- Familiar with Buildertrend software
- Quickbooks Online Accounting software
- QB payroll processing
Responsibilities:
- Operations: Manage quoting, costing, budget, billing and scheduling
- Initial screening of potential employees
- Marketing
- Help with and manage permitting, registrations, SF city taxes
- Relationships: Develop and maintain good working relationships with crew and clients
- Reports: Keep records of quality reports and relevant documentation, track and analyze progress of job operations
- Payroll and bank reconciliation experience a plus.
Qualifications:
Prior/ current experience in the construction industry is required.
Familiar with Buildertrend Software
Online Quickbooks software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and dedication to serving with excellence
Spanish a plus.
