Overview: The St. Agnes work schedule operates on a rotating system, encompassing approximately 37.50 hours each week, distributed over 5 working days, followed by 2 consecutive days off. This arrangement also incorporates a few Saturdays and Sundays each month. It is also expected that staff members will provide assistance and support during significant special events and holy days in the liturgical calendar, including but not limited to Holy Week, Easter, and Christmas, while maintaining their regular duties.
Administrative Duties:
Scheduling
o Weekly Staff Meetings – to include taking and distributing minutes; follow up on action items.
o Scheduling for Sacristans and Altar Servers
o Ministry calendars and Sacraments
Parish Office duties to include phone inquiries and requests, follow-up to requests, calendaring, mail, parish business and vendor files, billing, invoicing, etc. Parish-Parishioner written communications: editing, proofreading, formatting.
Supervise the collection, counting and banking of parish donations.
Manage and order the supplies needed for the office, church, ministries, and liturgies.
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in aiding and bolstering the efforts of the Operations Manager, particularly in matters concerning human resources, administrative tasks, and interface with the human resource department at the Archdiocese of San Francisco . While this responsibility may not be the primary focus of the assistant's role, there will be weeks or specific periods throughout the year where support in this capacity will be essential.

Compensation
A competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits package, will be offered, commensurate with experience. Salary range: $54,000 - $62,150.
