Part-time SUD case manager
Recovery Survival Network (RSN) has a contract with the SF Sheriff Department (SFSD) for a Case manager, and under that agreement, RSN will provide a Part-time Community Programs case manager to SFSD at 930 Bryant St at WRC and 70 Oak Grove and other SFSD locations as requested. This position requires a SUD certificate from the State of California, and the part-time employee has agreed to register and complete all requirements to comply with this mandatory requirement for the position.

QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of recent experience (Referred by SFSD as suitable)
CCAPP- California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals Certified, or in school to obtain their Certification or substance abuse degree
Excellent computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Reliable & patient
Knowledge of cultural competency, bi-lingual is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work with a diverse group of people
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide case management services for a caseload of 15-20 clients
Facilitate groups (i.e., groups, 1-on-1 groups, supportive services, monthly reports, client services program planning, grant compliance reporting, and record keeping
Staff training and understanding confidentiality of client and personnel records keeping
Prepare and update the SFSD database and client case files and report to the SFSD Supervisor
This position is under contract with SFSD, and our commitment to your employment is only secured by this contract; if we should lose the contract or not renewed, your services will be terminated as a result of the loss of funding. The initial agreement is (PTE) for 1040 hours per year, and the salary, including benefits, is $30.90 per hour worked. Temporary position for a part-time case manager (CM). The annual salary for 1040 hours per year (PTE) employment @ $30.90 per hour under this agreement is $32,136.00, including fringe and payroll taxes. If there is money in the budget, we can extend the hours if SFSD requests the services from RSN. If, for any reason, SFSD terminates this agreement early employee agrees to the early termination of their employment and fully understands that without the contract agreement, which is the basis for their employment, there would be no income to continue making payroll under the terminated balance of the annual contract agreement currently in place.
Each renewal is subject to the contract being extended on a year-by-year basis. Employee agrees to give RSN a 2-week notice if he/she plan to terminate this agreement. Both parties will give a 2-week notice of any intended change or termination of the agreement, except for failure to participate on the part of the employee. Employer can exercise its right to terminate with or without a reason and for failure to perform as agreed, without any restrictions.
Client agrees to semi-monthly payroll payments on the 15th and 30th of each month, the employee handbook provides the payroll schedule, and less all standard deductions and withholding for payroll taxes.
The case manager will be trained and provided an orientation regarding the services SFSD contracted with RSN for.
Case managers will report to work daily as agreed to and scheduled under this employment agreement. Hours and work days may change from time to time to accommodate SFSD’s needs.
If the employee fails to deliver as agreed under this agreement, the undersigned case manager and RSN will mutually terminate this agreement. All work assignments will be recorded in the employee’s case notes, and we may or may not use a daily sign-in sheet signed by the employee and by authorized staff for processing of all payroll due to the case manager under this agreement.

AT WILL Employment Policy
Your employment with Recovery Survival Network, herein referred to as RSN, is at will.
This means your employment is for an indefinite period and it is subject to
termination by either party with or without cause. The employer can terminate this agreement
with or without notice, and at any time. Nothing in this policy or any other policy of RSN
shall be interpreted to be in conflict with or to eliminate or modify in any way the at-will
employment status of RSN employees.
The “at will” employment status of an employee of RSN may be modified only in a
written employment agreement with that employee, which is signed by the Executive
Director, President, or the Chairman of the Board of Directors of RSN.
