Position Overview: We are looking for an Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of inventory management within our company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a meticulous approach, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. While a degree is not required for this position, prior experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive inventory accurately and efficiently, verifying quantities and quality of incoming parts.
Conduct quality control checks on incoming parts to ensure they meet our standards.
Manage and organize inventory in designated storage areas, optimizing space and accessibility.
Review and build product bills of materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Generate work orders and pick lists to fulfill production requirements.
Pull kits for production based on pick lists and ensure timely delivery to the production floor.
Perform cycle counting of inventory to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Assist in managing and maintaining the MRP system to ensure accurate inventory tracking and replenishment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
