Position: Warehouse Clerk
General Duty and Responsibilities
The warehouse clerk supports all production activities, the duties include but are not limited to:
Performs inventory monitoring and maintaining balance of raw materials and finished products, tracking amount of all inventory items received or moved
Prepare and complete shipment for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Inspects all orders being received or shipped, checking for damage, missing items
Maintains the working area and equipment at clean and orderly condition at all time
Reports to operation director or management to alert them of any warehouse issues
Prepare and complete shipments for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Help production on product packaging when there is free time or production demand
Requirements and skills
Experience in warehouse preferred, preferably in biotech industry
Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work with high degree accuracy
Basic computer skill to use the inventory tracking system to manage and monitor inventory
Ability to use weight-lifting equipment to stock and move objects, occasionally exert up to 60 lbs of force to move objects.
Minimum of a High school degree
The ability to communicate in English both verbally and in written materials.
