Key Responsibilities
Maintain a valid driver’s license and be approved by company insurance to drive to job sites.
Assess manifests and ensure all tools, parts, and materials are loaded.
Efficiently locate and travel to job sites.
Perform screen, lock, and slide installations on budget.
Execute hack outs, vinyl repairs, touch-ups, and adjustments with precision.
Handle homeowner appointments professionally and on budget.
Inspect, communicate, and document service needs clearly.
Submit accurate and timely documentation.
Keep service truck clean and conduct daily inspections.
Assist and train fellow team members.
Build strong relationships with superintendents.
Complete work on the first visit whenever possible.
Leave job sites clean and dispose of waste properly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in service, installation, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment efficiently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
