We currently have an opening for a Quality Control Inspector with at least 5 years of experience.
Duties include the following: Measures dimensions of manufactured parts throughout the process; First Article, In-process, Final, Flat Pattern, and sign off shipping documents.
The applicant should have experience in the following areas: Sheet metal fabrication, plastic fabrication, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly and clean room experience. Experience with CMM is a plus but not required.
Full knowledge of metrology, and ANSI - Y14.5 along with a complete understanding of blue print reading, weld inspection, fixtures and templates.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, technical procedures, customer's requirements, and respond to questions from other departments.
