Well established CNC sheet metal manufacturing firm seeking a Production Manager to drive the company’s revenue and on time delivery goals. This position is responsible for production and resource planning, supervising employees and overseeing maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Optimize daily production and on time delivery performance
Ensure a high level of quality
Communicate delivery schedules internally and to customers when needed
Collaborate with customers via email and phone calls
Manage long lead time materials and hardware by facilitating orders of long lead time components
Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a precision sheet metal / machining environment
Ability to understand and analyze customer blueprints
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Capability to adapt to the company's changing needs and to be a self-motivated team player
