1-3 years of IT experience
Has the ability to communicate technical concepts to knowledgeable to non-technical audiences.
Possess a BA/BS degree in industrial, mechanical or business administration or equivalent experience
Possess a high level of integrity in handling confidential, sensitive information, and professional courtesy with all internal and external contacts
Proficient with PC-based HW/SW, including Microsoft Office Suite, including basic to intermediate knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lotus Notes, and other programs used by the facility.
Ability to develop a working knowledge of SAP and CAD system to perform & train individuals on related tasks.
Possess a strong understanding of Active Directory operations: DC’s, GPO’s, OU’s, DFS
Possess understanding of basic networking concepts, IP routing, layer 2 switching, VLANs
