Position Overview:

Seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker who can operate CNC machinery, edgebanders, and Lockdowel machines, as well as build, assemble, and potentially deliver and install custom cabinets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong woodworking capabilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, edgebander, and other assembly equipment to produce cabinet components with precision.

- Read, interpret, and work from CAD drawings, cut lists, and technical specifications.

Cut, shape, sand, assemble, and finish cabinetry parts, ensuring structural integrity and visual quality.

- Assemble cabinets and casework according to European construction standards.

- Install cabinet hardware such as hinges, drawer pulls, connectors, and slides.

- Conduct quality checks to ensure all dimensions and finishes meet company standards.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following safety protocols.

- Assist with loading, delivery, and installation of cabinetry at client sites as needed.

- Provide support and training to junior cabinet makers or helpers when applicable.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating CNC woodworking machinery, edgebanders, and assembly equipment.

- Strong cabinet making and woodworking skills including assembly, finishing, and hardware installation.

- Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, CAD plans, and detailed production documents.

- Familiarity with European cabinet construction methods preferred.

- Basic mechanical skills and ability to maintain and troubleshoot woodworking machinery.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to assist with delivery and installation (lifting required).

- Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and quality control.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
