TheentrylevelMachineoperatoris an apprentice who is an inexperienced individual to be hired to
learn themachineshop functions. Temporary, Full Time or Part Time position with potential to be permanent. The
candidate should be willing and able to learn the following:
Set up and operate machine; will train.
Able to perform shop maintenance (ie. Cleaning of work area, machine maintenance)
Deburring parts
Tracking / Creating documentation for machined parts
Helping to receive and load material
The ideal candidate must have the following capabilities:
Able to follow instructions easily and work with limited supervision over time
Basic computer skills
Possess some level of mechanical skills
Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
Candidate must be able to read, write and speak English
Have a High School diploma or equivalent
A plus - Some understanding of how a CNC machine works
