As Graphic Designer / Marketing Associate you will work with the VP of Marketing to:

Ensure company branding, and message is communicated to employees and customer base.

Develop campaigns that engage a B2B audience across multiple platforms, including web landing pages, emails, social platforms, print ads, marketing materials, and presentations.

Manage projects working within marketing calendar to ensure initiatives and deadline are met.

Continually update website assets to ensure content is up to date.

Communicate with product line vendors to ensure marketing materials are up to date.

Assist in maintaining Company & Customer data in HubSpot CRM, optimize workflows, generate lists, manage campaigns, etc.

Specific industry knowledge is desirable but not necessary. Basic qualifications are:

2-3 years in a Graphic Design role.

Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier).

Knowledgeable of CSS, HTML, or other Website platforms.

Experience using CRM & Email software such as HubSpot.

Photography and Video skill are a bonus.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Extraordinary and articulate communication (both written and verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills. The role requires a high level of patience, diplomacy and fortitude and a strong voice in an always evolving environment.

Strong time-management skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ability to be flexible and positive with change, with a can-do attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves approach to anything that comes your way. Enthusiastic, resourceful teammate who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
