A busy Bay Area fashion styling business is seeking a part-time personal assistant to support both personal and business needs. This is a hybrid position with several in-person meetings each week (Marin/North Bay preferred).
We’re looking for someone who is:
Mature, flexible, and creative
Highly organized multi-tasker with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated and able to take initiative
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing support, social media, and public outreach
Scheduling and calendaring
Invoice tracking
Filing, organization, and creating streamlined systems/processes
Travel coordination
Errands throughout the Bay Area.
Skills:
Canva proficiency (or self taught)
Photography and photo editing preferred
Tech savvy and quick learner
Ability to take direction and work independently
Requirements:
Professional communication, presentation, and demeanor are a must for client interface
Strong writing and grammar skills
Reliable car and valid driver’s license
Comfortable balancing a wide variety of tasks
This is a great role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and enjoys a fast paced schedule and can be flexible with schedule changes and updates. Pay DOE but will be competitive.
