We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Director to oversee our company's online presence, content strategy, and digital communications. This role will be responsible for managing our website, social media accounts, and content production to drive engagement and support our business objectives.
This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and execution to drive case leads through platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and more. As the Marketing Director, you will own, optimize, and scale our paid media campaigns to generate high-quality family law and employment law leads. You will manage ad strategy, campaign execution, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking while continuously optimizing for cost-per-case, lead quality, and conversion rates.
We have a particular need immediately to bolster our GBP (Google Business Profile) and hyper-local SEO efforts, and law firm review development.
Role Description
This role requires excellent writing skills, analytic skills, executive level communication and knowledge of technical SEO. We are looking for a team player who is a driven and highly motivated digital marketer and SEO expert. A personality highly suited for this role is someone proactive, a self-starter who takes initiative, a strong attention to detail, and business-savvy project prioritization capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and public relations
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement; utilize analytics tools to track user engagement and conversion rates.
Optimize website content and user experience through conversion optimization techniques to maximize lead generation and sales.
Manage data-tracking platforms and ensure seamless integration with marketing automation tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling copy for digital campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Oversee social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Designing visually appealing marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in marketing software and tools
Willingness to travel to various marketing events throughout Northern and Southern California
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
Legal industry experience or highly competitive service industry lead generation experience
Executive level/C-Suite communication experience
Experience with AI-driven ad optimization tools (e.g., Adzooma, WordStream).
Knowledge of SEO and organic lead generation to complement paid efforts.
