We are seeking a strategic and innovative Designer to join our creative team and elevate our agency’s brands through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will possess a robust design background, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. In this role, you will collaborate with creative, production, and account teams to develop and execute a wide range of creative assets—from digital and social media ads (static and video) to in-store signage, video edits, and conceptual visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Innovation:
Partner with the Creative Director and fellow designers/illustrators to generate and refine innovative visual concepts.
Develop designs from concept to final execution across multiple platforms and media.
Brand Consistency:
Uphold and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all marketing and advertising efforts.
Produce creative assets for digital, social, print, outdoor, website, in-store, and other channels.
Industry Insight & Adaptation:
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to infuse fresh ideas into our work.
Project Management:
Work within established timelines, budgets, and resource parameters to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
Incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance design outputs.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative, productive work environment that inspires creativity and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
