Do you want to improve or flex your project management skills—while gaining exposure to the legal field, working on righteous cases fighting giant corporations, and learning about cutting-edge technology that makes justice more accessible to everyday people? Then you may be the perfect candidate for a position at Gibbs Law Group LLP, one of the "Titans of the Plaintiffs Bar."
Our firm represents regular people in high-stakes, high-profile mass action and class action litigation. We bring cases against the world's largest corporations—such as banks, utilities, and car companies.
You will manage projects where you assist lawyers and technologists in setting up surveys and automations that gather and manage massive amounts of client data, maintaining a sophisticated client and litigation database, and designing processes to help litigate cases efficiently and effectively.
The litigation technology team you would be joining has a strong team-oriented culture and is looking for someone who is a team player, through-and-through. A commitment to clear communication and consistent collaboration is a must. Our litigation practice is complex, so you must be excited at the prospect of solving problems in a variety of complicated, multi-disciplinary situations.
Prior project management experience is a plus, but if you are a dedicated learner with no prior experience, this may be the perfect job for you. The learning cycle is quick, and you will have excellent mentors. At our firm, effort can quickly outpace experience.
You Need to Have:
- A commitment to the work we do
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- A genuine interest in blazing a new path at the intersection of law and technology
You Will Learn (prior experience is a plus):

- Communication Skills: distilling complex technical concepts in a way that can be understood by attorneys, litigation assistants, and other stakeholders
- System and Process Design: crafting scalable systems that our mass litigation teams can utilize to advance the cases of thousands of clients
- Automation: How to automate processes to avoid human error and enable our attorneys and staff to spend more time fighting to get the best possible results for our clients
