Job Description:
Coordinate and schedule mediations, depositions, and in office client meetings
Discovery - prepare responses, demands, and request extensions when needed
Draft pleadings, judicial counsel forms, verifications, proofs of service, objections
Review daily calendar to ensure deadlines are met - including tentative rulings, pleading deadlines, discovery and motion deadlines and monitoring court appearances
Assist in all aspects of trial preparation, including evidence and exhibit compilation
File/Efiling court documents
This position is in house - NOT REMOTE. A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience required.
