Join a global top-tier law firm known for excellence and a collaborative culture. We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support our client's thriving Securities Litigation team in a dynamic and collegial environment.

About the Role

As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys and team members through all phases of litigation, from legal research and document preparation to trial support. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in securities litigation while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing meaningfully to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support throughout all phases of litigation, ensuring cases move forward efficiently.

Conduct legal and factual research, cite-checking, and proofreading using resources such as Bluebook, PACER, Bloomberg Law, Relativity, EDGAR, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.

Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, for attorney review and approval.

Manage and monitor case files to maintain accuracy and accessibility.

Support deposition and trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing deposition summaries, and coordinating with court reporters.

Stay informed on legal developments in securities litigation to maintain best practices.

Mentor and support junior attorneys and paralegals to foster professional growth within the team.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support litigation operations.

About You

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program required.

Minimum of 6 years of paralegal experience, ideally within a securities litigation department in a large firm, preferably in California.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with litigation resources.

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.

Experience with document management software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

Willingness to work extended hours as needed to support litigation demands.

Active California Notary registration or interest in obtaining certification is a plus.
