Our small, busy civil litigation defense firm looks to expand its legal team and bring on two experienced litigation attorneys with a minimum of three years’ civil litigation experience and excellent legal writing. Both positions are fully remote work-from-home. These are employee positions, not independent contractors. You will have your own cases to manage and will handle discovery, motions, hearings, and depositions as needed. You will manage your assigned files with a significant amount of autonomy.
The firm works on exciting, often high-risk cases throughout California. We are a cloud-based, paperless office with a robust document management and billing program (Clio Manage). We offer competitive compensation, and in addition, we offer excellent benefits including 100% firm-paid medical, dental and vision for the employee. We also have a 401k/Defined Benefit Plan with employer contributions and standard paid vacation and sick leave after accrued, with year-end bonuses and annual salary reviews. We have no hours requirement for our attorneys but you will be busy. Your MCLE and association dues are paid by the firm.
