Job Description - Associate Attorney
CMPR is seeking a civil litigation attorney with at least four years’ relevant experience in employment litigation, including defending wage and hour Class and PAGA lawsuits. Experience with commercial litigation would be helpful.
The ideal candidate will have experience in case review and analysis of relevant law, preparing pleadings, preparing for, and arguing law and motion matters, preparing written discovery, attending depositions, evaluating liability and damages for Class and PAGA claims, and preparation for trial, mediation and arbitration. Second chair trial experience is helpful but not mandatory. This is a full-time position. Billable hour requirements are 1,650 per year.

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed by the California State Bar.
