Legal Document Assistant (LDA)
We are seeking a professional LDA. The ideal candidate must have direct experience with family law cases, be familiar with local rules and court procedures, and be proficient in preparing and filing family law forms (e.g., divorce, custody, support, restraining orders, etc.). Proven experience as a Legal Document Assistant in family law (required)
Knowledge of California family law forms and procedures (or specify your state/county)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases
Excellent written and verbal communication
