SF personal injury law firm seeks candidate for full time position working in the office. Position entails answering phones, greeting clients, handle incoming and outgoing mail, restocking/ordering office supplies, requesting medical records for our clients who have been injured in accidents, scanning documents, filing, faxing, copying, making phone calls, setting up new case files, and assisting attorneys with tasks as needed. Fully paid health and dental benefits, and 401k plan with employer contribution. Full time position working at the office.
Prior experience at a law firm required. Prior personal injury or workers compensation law firm preferred, or prior experience working in a medical office. Must be computer proficient and familiar with Google Docs, Adobe, Google Calendar, and digital signing software used for digital signatures.
