Prior experience should include the ability to manage and own caseload, effective and accurate preparation of a wide range of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Successful applicants will possess excellent writing, communication, organizational, and computer skills, and the ability to analyze issues, and effectively interact with corporate petitioners, beneficiaries, and law firm staff. Most importantly, applicants should have a high degree of flexibility and be comfortable with having to handle many different varied tasks in any given day.
