Annual hour requirement of 1,440 or average of 120 monthly
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges from $120K - $180K for associates with 1+ years of experience, higher base salary commensurate with years of experience

What you will be responsible for
Requests for orders and responses
Discovery demands and responses
Legal research and briefing
Drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
Drafting judgments and marital settlement agreements
Supporting lead attorneys on cases at trial
Working and communicating with clients
Working and communicating with Opposing Counsel
Preparing for and attending experience appropriate hearings and other court appearances
Qualifications
J.D. Degree and Admission to practice law in the state of California
A minimum of 1+ years of Family Law experience
Strong research and writing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to effectively explain complex legal issues to non-lawyers
Ability to work collaboratively which allows input from others
Ability to efficiently execute multiple time-sensitive projects
Ability to synthesize complex information effectively and translate complicated issues into actionable recommendations and solutions
Preferred Qualifications for Our Ideal Candidate
Ability to handle high asset, high conflict and complex cases
Financial or tax background or undergraduate degree
Advanced proficiency with MS Office, including specifically Word and Excel, Abacus, DissoMaster and other software applications
