Established and fast-growing wine and gourmet e-commerce logistics company, located in Sonoma, is looking for a reliable and ambitious warehouse associate to work in our warehouse. The position will work under the general supervision of the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Order picking.
Accurately pull appropriate product from assigned locations.
Manual stacking, wrapping and shipment preparation, including case labeling.
Participate in inventory counts.
Loading and unloading of trucks.
Repositioning and stocking freight (stacking).
Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
Participate in the receiving, storage, and distribution of wine, ensuring proper handling and storage conditions
Maintain safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
Participate in warehouse layout and organization to optimize efficiency and productivity
Communicate with management and other employees to resolve any issues or concerns
Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager
Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse work is a plus
Valid CA Driver's License
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to drive truck with tie downs a plus
Forklift operation is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Strong organizational and time management skills
