Seeking a maintenance handyman to work with a team managing apartment buildings in San Francisco and Burlingame. Looking for somebody who is energetic and is a self-starter with good work ethic.
Potential to live on site at one of the properties.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to maintenance requests
a. Knowledge of basic handy man things such as fixing leaks, basic electrical and mechanical, some carpentry, etc.
b. Change locks when necessary
2. Thoroughly clean common areas of properties.
3. Maintain garbage at properties and sanitize garbage/recycling bins after pick up
4. May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
5. Show vacant units
6. Communicate in a courteous manner with existing and prospective tenants
7. Must be willing to attend to emergencies as they occur in a timely manner
