Qualifications
Skilled in working in dusty environments and navigating uneven terrain.
Comfortable operating in tight or elevated spaces, like scaffolding and crawlspaces.
Willing to follow instructions and complete tasks as needed.
Must have basic carpentry tools, such as a tool belt with a hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.
Basic understanding of construction practices and job site organization.
Maintain a positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for coworkers.
Familiarity with safety and health procedures, with ongoing training provided.
Optional: Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness of the job site, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.
Assist with site preparation tasks, including trench digging.
Work in an organized manner and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Communicate ideas and information effectively; exhibit curiosity and resourcefulness.
Prioritize safety for yourself and your team members.
Assist in maintaining job site security, ensuring the safety of personnel, tools, and materials.
Occasionally drive a company vehicle as required, with a clean motor vehicle report needed.
Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
