HVAC Installer

We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Installer to install,

maintain, and repair our client’s HVAC systems. As an HVAC Installer, you will travel

to our client’s properties, inspect their current equipment, find defects in their

device, and perform the required repairs or maintenance routines. The HVAC

Installer must be skilled in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. You will

inspect and ensure that the new systems work efficiently.

To be a successful HVAC Installer, you will need excellent organizational and

problem-solving skills and be respectful. Your essential duty is to provide

professional guidance and advice for clients to choose the most acceptable air

quality system to satisfy their requirements. Customer satisfaction, safety, and

comfort should be your highest priority for success in this role.

Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)

systems Perform HVAC installations according to specifications and company

standards

Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and perform necessary repairs or

adjustments

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide timely solutions

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of

projects

Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations during all HVAC

installations and repairs

Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time

spent on each project

Skills:

 MUST HAVE ATLEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A LEAD TECHNICIAN

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van transportation

Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including the ability to install,

maintain, and repair various components

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical

manuals

Experience with refrigeration systems is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
