About Our Family:
We are a busy, creative, and active family of four with two school-aged children (5 and 8 years old) and a sweet puppy. We are looking for a capable and caring right hand—someone who thrives on keeping a home running efficiently and who understands the nuance and rhythm of family life.
This role is less about formal childcare and more about maintaining the systems that make a family thrive—laundry, kitchen tidiness, light cleaning, simple meals, and staying ahead of the chaos.
Who We’re Looking For:
You are a warm, proactive, and detail-loving individual with a strong sense of structure and follow-through. You are calm, organized, confident, and service-minded. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and love anticipating what’s needed next. You’re energized by helping a household run smoothly—and ideally, you understand the many hats a mom wears. This could be a perfect fit for someone who understands the flow of home and family life intuitively.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Self-starter who notices what needs to be done and jumps in
-Calm, confident, and respectful communicator
-Service-minded with strong emotional intelligence
-Energetic, efficient, and invested in household harmony
-Familiar with or attuned to the flow of family life
Why This Role Matters:
We’re not just looking for help—we’re looking for a partner in managing the daily rhythm of our home. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the person who sees what needs to be done and gets it done with care and confidence. You’ll free up our mental space so we can better focus on our kids, work, and passions. Your presence will be deeply valued—not just for what you do, but for how you do it.
