Janitor/Porter for immediate hire (SANTA CRUZ)
compensation: $20 Hr. Full-Time

We seek an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Property Janitor. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects when needed. Duties Include:
Daily cleaning of office, laundry, and amenity areas.
Scrubbing and sanitizing restroom facilities.
Cleaning garbage and recycling areas daily and preparing bins for weekly pick-up.
Empty and refill dog stations around the property.
Handling light facility repairs as needed.
Ensure the shop is clean and organized.
Trash out of vacant apartments.
Assist maintenance with apartment turns.
Must have:
Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
Janitorial experience and maintenance experience (preferred).
High school diploma/GED
Must work weekends.
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
Capacity to take direction
Strong attention to detail
Team player
Must like working in outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
