I am a new homeowner looking for help with some construction projects at my recently acquired fixer-upper off Bodega Highway and my commercial property in Sebastopol.
I have some experience with construction and property management as 3 years ago I purchased a property for my adventure sandal manufacturing business in Sebastopol, but I have reached a point where I have more projects than I, or my limited handyman staff, can get done at the desired rate.
I am looking for more help at both the commercial (Sebastopol) and residential (off Bodega Hwy) properties in fields such as:
- carpentry
- plumbing
- landscaping/gardening
- painting
- welding
- electrical
- maintenance
- property/project management
Having a good teammate on bigger projects makes a world of difference. I am looking for somebody with the following:

THE POSITION:
- HOURS: part-time to start, but hours would expand once projects pick up momentum.
- FLEXIBLE: the jobs and hours will be relative to the season, meaning more projects in the summer and less in the winter. I will try my best to schedule you consistent and reliable hours but it would be helpful to find somebody who has somewhat flexible hours.
- PAY: will vary from $20-35 based on your experience and the skills and level of competence to bring to the table.
There are no specific requirements for this job opening other than some foundation in being a handy problem solver. All candidates will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
