General Overview:
Pepper Tree Estates seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance procedures and activities at our Mobilehome Park and other commercial properties. Housing is included with this position.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of property, buildings, landscaping, and utilities
- Perform general and semi-skilled maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, electrical, grounds care, irrigation, and plumbing
- Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Report maintenance issues to Park Manager
- Analyze and verify vendor invoices
- Coordinate work with outside vendors
- Maintain company equipment
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with residents, coworkers, vendors, and the public
- Perform assigned duties in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by Park Manager
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Two (2) years of building maintenance experience in a Mobilehome Park or commercial building repair/facilities environment is preferred
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment
- Basic analytical and computer skills
- Clean and neat appearance
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform on-call emergency procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor daily
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
