Event Installer and Warehouse Support
(Driver experience is a plus but not required)
We are looking for dedicated Event Installers and Warehouse Support personnel to join our dynamic team. While driving experience is an added benefit, our main focus is on your ability to support event installations, warehouse operations, and inventory maintenance efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the loading, unloading, and installation of event equipment, including furniture, custom pieces, and audiovisual components.
- Ensuring all inventory is securely packed and maintained in excellent condition.
- Supporting warehouse operations by organizing inventory, performing cycle counts, and assisting in workspace clean-up.
- Performing inventory repair and maintenance to ensure all event equipment remains in top condition.
- Collaborating with event teams to guarantee smooth load-ins and load-outs at various venues across the Bay Area.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards and safety protocols.
- Communicating task status and updates with management and team members promptly.
Driver Requirements:
- Driver positions require candidates to be 25 years or older with a clean driving record.
- Driving assignments are seasonal, and pay is based on driving assignments when required.
- Drivers may be responsible for safely transporting event equipment using box trucks and cargo vans, ensuring proper loading and securing of inventory, and performing basic truck maintenance checks.
Additional Opportunities for Qualified Drivers and Event Leads:
While driving isn’t a primary requirement for this role, those with experience in driving box trucks and cargo vans may be eligible for higher pay rates during driving assignments, depending on qualifications and management assessment. Additionally, individuals with leadership experience in event execution may also qualify for lead roles with enhanced compensation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event installation, warehouse support, or inventory maintenance.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds regularly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges calmly under pressure.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary. There can be periods of downtime and OT.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management, repair tools, and computer systems.
- Reliable transportation to our primary warehouse in Vallejo.
- Forklift/Heavy Equipment certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in the event industry is highly desirable.
