Adobe Animal Hospital is looking for a few members to join our team. We are currently accepting and reviewing resumes for experienced Veterinary Receptionist and Veterinary Assistants.

For the Veterinary Receptionist position responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greeting clients
Managing multiple phone lines which may involve triage, answering questions, and scheduling appointments.
Demonstrating strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
Managing record requests between other hospitals and specialty practices.
Maintain proper documentation in the electronic medical record.
Client education on medications and wellness care.
Maintaining hospital flow from check-in to discharge.
Process payment transactions.
For the Veterinary Assistant position responsibilities include but not limited to:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client education on medications and wellness care
Ability to restrain cats and dogs gently and safely
Taking radiographs
Phlebotomy
Surgical preparations
Anesthesia monitoring
