You’re the architect of a productive day. You fill the schedule to goal, spot same-day opportunities without blowing up the flow, and explain benefits so clearly patients say “yes” with confidence. Phones, details, follow-through—that’s your lane.
What You’ll Own
Block scheduling to production targets with smart holds, provider time protection, and zero dead space
Same-day dentistry: identify add-ons, sealants, limited exams, and quick wins without chaos
Reactivation & recare cadence with callable lists, overdue recall, and unscheduled treatment follow-up
No-show mitigation: confirmation protocol, risk tags, and fast backfill strategy
Insurance mastery: benefit breakdowns, COB, pre-auths & narratives, accurate estimates, EOB follow-up
Phone conversion & patient experience: warm, inclusive communication; tight call notes; next-step clarity
Must-Haves
2–3+ years in dental front office/treatment coordination
Proven results in production-driven scheduling and insurance accuracy
Software fluency (Dentrix or similar), strong written/verbal communication, and disciplined follow-up
Nice-to-Haves
Multi-provider scheduling experience and case acceptance tracking
Bilingual skills (Spanish strongly valued)
Local references who can speak to your outcomes

Compensation & Benefits
$30–$35 per hour, 40 hours/week (non-exempt)
