Seeking an energetic person who would act as a companion "caregiver" to my Dad and Uncle in a lovely home in Fairfax. A private room and bathroom with large private deck is available. It's a beautiful big room upstairs, with its own private bathroom in a very nice custom home.
Start slow a few days a week $25 hr., then ideally transition into living in, with free rent in exchange for keeping them company, sharing meals, going on outings, help with cleaning house, laundry & meals/meds. Helping them with daily exercises, personal care/showers.
You need to be very special person who can handle a strong personality, like a character, or a duck who can let it roll off you, laugh at the absurdity, or a be a good conversation starter.
Contract would include free room and board and a weekly stipend that can be negotiated. A full background check and references will be required and can be emailed.
