Job Overview:
As our Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the clinical operations and patient experience. We seek a candidate with a service-oriented attitude, strong teamwork skills, a sense of ownership, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities and Duties:
As an RN, you will:
Have a critical role in the team for clinical care.
Prepare for in-house appointments, following up diligently.
Perform venipuncture (lab draws) with precision, and coordinate specimen handling. Conduct vitals assessments during all patient visits.
Administer vaccinations both in-office and in-home.
Conduct in-house tests (BioFire, POCT, UA, strep, rapid flu, UPT) with efficiency. Order lab tests, imaging, and referrals with proper consent and verification from the MD. Conduct appropriate screenings during patient visits.
Qualifications:
Exceptional professionalism in personal, telephone, and written interactions. Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
Minimum 5 years of RN experience (Concierge experience preferred). Proficient in computer literacy, comfortable working across platforms like Apple, G Suite, Electronic Medical Records, etc. (80% of work is performed on computer/online). Adaptability to evolving roles and responsibilities as the practice thrives and develops further.
