RECEPTIONIST FOR DENTAL OFFICE

We are an established Dental office located in the San Jose area directly across from San Jose Regional Hospital. Our office is in a safe, professional building, modern, state of the art equipment, fully digital and great parking. We provide quality dental care in a warm, family type setting. We have a great staff and are looking for a person who is friendly with good patient skills who is punctual, reliable, a fast learner and is willing to become part of our wonderful team. Dental front office experience would be great but not required. We are very happy to train any incoming new person. Spanish speaking is a must. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, posting procedures, collections, dental insurance claims and submittals, and more. Back office experience is a plus but not required. We provide a competitive salary and 401K plan. We are offering a full time job ( monday through friday ).
