Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Live-in Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities, ensure safety, and foster a supportive environment that promotes dignity and independence.
Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals.
Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up.
Medication Management: Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
Mobility Assistance: Help clients with walking, transferring, and positioning.
Appointments & Outings: Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings.
Qualifications:
-Language Requirement: Must speak Mandarin fluently.
-Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.
-Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.
-Ability to adapt to different home environments and provide individualized care.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in any of the following settings: PICU, hospital medicine, medical-surgical units, trauma centers, geriatrics, outpatient clinics, or emergency medicine.
Compensation: $18-$35 per hour
Schedule: Flexible; you choose your clients, shifts, and locations.
