Our Marin Dental Implant Practice (Novato) is expanding and we are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) for our Implant Specialty practice. You will enjoy working with a compassionate and professional dental team who supports the Doctor's overall mission of comprehensive patient care.

If you have excellent work ethics we would like to hear from you. We are looking for a RDA/DA Monday- Thursday (willing to train).

Job Descriptions

Registered Surgical Dental Assistant, (RDA) Registered Dental Assistant or Dental Assistant (DA)

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring smooth operation of the back office (Ordering and stocking supplies)

- Chair-side assisting in 4-handed dentistry

- Making temporaries

- Charting and documentation (We are a digital office)

- Sterilization of instruments

- Setting up and breaking down operatories

- Taking digital x-rays (FMX and digital panorex/CT’s)

- Impressions for Invisalign & whitening trays

- Assisting doctor in complex implant surgeries with IV or oral sedation

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- Ability to effectively manage others, including delegating tasks to others

- Great communication skill with patients and colleagues

- Strong desire to help patients and deliver excellent customer service

- Dedication and passion for quality work and excellence

- Works efficiently and is productive on a daily basis

- Organized and able to multi-task

- Reliable and punctual

- Values working as part of a team and contributing to the growth of the company

- Proficient with OSHA & HIPAA compliance

- Current RDA/DA License, X-Ray and CPR certification

- If no previous experience, we’re willing to train.
